If writing is your passion, you love computers, networks and everything to do with IT, you like to dive deep into new topics and bring them to the point, then you've come to the right place.

YOUR TASKS

  • You create and maintain texts in our user manuals, in our software, and in our public knowledge base
  • You review, edit, and improve existing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and readability
  • You work with docs-as-code workflows, managing documentation in GitLab alongside the development process
  • You contribute to and enforce the documentation style guide across all documentation assets
  • You use AI tools to optimize documentation workflows and content quality
  • You conduct peer reviews of documentation written by your colleagues
  • You closely collaborate with engineering teams, QA, UX, and Product Management to ensure documentation reflects the actual product behavior

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a background in IT and/or the software industry
  • You have an excellent command of written and spoken English and use it near native-level in both editorial texts and technical documentation
  • You have hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git in a team environment
  • You turn complex technical topics into clear, concise content that our customers actually understand
  • You are quick to grasp new subject areas and do not shy away from complicated topics and new tasks
  • You have already worked with markup languages, docs-as-code, and AI tools in technical writing
  • You work independently, prioritize well, and deliver reliably in an agile environment
  • You take ownership of your content areas and proactively identify gaps without waiting to be asked
