YOUR TASKS
- Support project managers in planning and executing global projects
- Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Support coordination and communication between international teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Accurately input sales data into the CRM and ERP systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly categorized.
- Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Generate reports to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, highlighting key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline status, and forecast accuracy.
- Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency, implementing changes as approved by management.
YOUR PROFILE
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both German and English.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
- Interest in project management and sales data analysis
