For Qbilon GmbH – part of Paessler AG – we are currently looking for a Customer Solution Architect (nb/f/m) to join our team in Augsburg. Qbilon offers a solution that makes IT landscapes completely transparent.

This is how you deploy your strengths to us:
- You will support us in the analysis of customer requirements and develop individual solutions for the use of our Qbilon software.
- You will accompany customers from the test phase onwards and create a business plan for the use of Qbilon together with the customer.
- You will advise customers on how to best integrate Qbilon into their existing processes and tools.
- You will implement small enhancements to the Qbilon software in order to best support the customer’s requirements.
What you bring to the table:
- General: Ideally, you are available full-time and can work in our Augsburg office. You are comfortable communicating in German and English.
- Experience background: Ideally, you have a degree in (business) informatics, economics with a minor in informatics, or a comparable qualification. It doesn’t matter if you come straight from university or have a few years of professional experience. You should be enthusiastic about working with customers and have a good technical understanding to develop tailored solutions for customers.
- Technical requirements: You have strong analytical skills and a solid knowledge of software programming, preferably Java.
- Team spirit: You enjoy working as part of a team and are open to sharing ideas. We value collaboration and support each other to achieve our goals.
- Initiative: You show initiative and can work independently on projects. We give you the opportunity to contribute your ideas and work together on innovative solutions.
